だれが？／Qualifications:

外国につながりを持つ人：川崎市に住んでいる人、川崎市で仕事をしている人、川崎市の学校で勉強している人。何才でもOKです。

Entry from foreign workers, students and residents of Kawasaki City. No age limit.

※ひとりで 3枚出せます。（写真は返しません。写真の著作権［写真を宣伝やチラシに使う権利・copyright］は川崎市国際交流協会が持ちます）。

* Please write the location(s) that you took the photos and title(s)/message(s) of your entry.
** 3 entries allowed per person (entries will not be returned, copyright will be on the Kawasaki International Association.)

きまり／Rules:

写真は、自分で撮った写真で、他のフォトコンテストに出していないもの。
デジタルカメラで撮った写真は、加工（色をつけたり、色を変えたり）していないもの。
人が写っている写真は、その人にフォトコンテストに出していいか聞いてください。

Must be privately taken photos, never applied for other contests or exhibitions.
Photos taken by digital cameras must be unedited.
If a person is appeared in the photo, ask for his/her permission before sending the entry.

賞について／Prizes and certificates：

審査する人が、入賞作品（1位、2位、3位）を決めます。入賞した人には、11月29日（日曜日）「Winter Gathering」（イベント）で賞状と賞品を渡します。

will be awarded to the winners, and photos will be displayed at “Winter Gathering” the multicultural event @Kawasaki International Center, to be held on November 29, 2015.
