To promote further exchange between Japanese and foreign residents, the
Center includes a hall for holding lectures and symposiums, a ballroom,
kitchen, exchange salon, seven meeting rooms that accommodate 10
- 40 people, a special conference room, a recreation room for such activities as sports and meetings,
and an authentic Japanese tea ceremony room. The hotel in the annex building
has 30 rooms and can accommodate up to 49 people. The restaurant seats

In addition, the information library, conversation lobby and international exchange library/resource room are available for free use.
