We need your help at “2018 International Festival in Kawasaki” !
“2018 International Festival in Kawasaki” will be held on July 8th, Sunday. It is the biggest and hottest event of the Kawasaki International Center. We would like to invite everyone to enjoy the festival and join us as a volunteer!
We need your help!!
- July 7, Sat. 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Moving desks/chairs and other setting up
- Making/putting up balloons and posters etc.
- July 8, Sun. 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- July 8, Sun. 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- July 8, Sun. 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- July 8, Sun. 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Event assistant @ entrance, stamp rally checkpoints, and stages/projects
- Clearing and tidying up the center after the event etc.
If you can volunteer on July 7 and 8, please fill out the application form below and send by facsimile or e-mail by June 27, Wed.
We’ll have “Orientation for Volunteers” on June 30, Sat. from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00.
